机 器 性 能 Introduction

LED灯硅胶固化机是为LED球泡灯、PAR灯等设计的一款导热硅胶灌封固化设备。
The Glue Curing Machine is used for drying and curing the heat conduction glue of LED bulb,PAR lamp and so on.

1、设备分成预热区、加热区、恒温区和冷却区，对灌胶后的产品进行加热、固化和冷却。
The machine consists of pre-heating zone, heating zone, constant zone and cooling zone, to heat, cure and cool the lamps after filling glue.

2、采用模糊温度控制器，可控硅连续调压装置，精确控温，温度偏差≤±1℃。
With the fuzzy temperature controller and silicon controlled device, the temperature is controlled accurately, the deviation is within ±1℃.

3、由9根1.5KW的W型带翅片电热管等分成3个温区，均匀发热,各个温区温度在30～150℃范围内可调，实现烘干固化最佳效果。
3 temperature zones consisting of 9 W-shape electric heating pipes(1.5kw) are heating uniformity to ensure the best baking effect. The temperature of each zone can be set in the range 30~150℃.

4、配离心式风机，循环运风，温度均衡，确保固化效果。
With the centrifugal fans, the circulating air and constant temperature ensures the curing effect.

5、内箱采用1mm厚SUS304＃不锈钢，洁净度佳，外箱用1.5mm冷扎板、中间加保温层，使设备更加节能。
The inner of oven is made of 1mm SUS 304# stainless steel, easy to keep clean. The housing is made of 1.5mm cold-reduced sheet, with an insulating layer in the middle, more energy saved.

6、三相异步电机变频调速和光电检测，可实现连续送料或间歇送料，间歇送料可以满足自动连线精确定位要求。
Controlled by the three-phase asynchronous motor and photoelectric detector, products can be loaded continuously or intermittently. In the intermittent loading way, the machine is capable to be connected with automatic production line with the high positional accuracy.

7、可与灌胶流水线连接，配回流线后，方便流水自动作业，无需人工参与。
With a buffer conveyor, the baking machine can be connected with glue filling machine, no operator needed.

8、设备组成 Configurations:

1).设备机械部分由：架台、保温罩、输送线、传动机构、和模板组成；                                                                              Mechanical part: Base, Oven, Conveyor, Transmission Mechanism and Mould Pallets;

2).控温系统由：加热管、高温风扇、温控仪表、可控硅、热电阻组成；                                                                           Temperature control system: Heating Pipe, Fan, Temperature Controlling Instrument, Silicon Controlled and hot Resistance;
